Ingredients
- 2 pounds of boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 4 tablespoons Pasha International's Organic Sidr Honey
- 1- 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
- Fresh chopped parsley for garnish
- Cut chicken thighs into small pieces.
- Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet on high heat.
- Add the chicken to the skillet, and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes until the chicken begins to turn white with the edges beginning to turn golden-brown.
- Add the remaining butter, garlic, vinegar and honey and stir until chicken is well coated.
- Let it simmer for about another 3 minutes. It will begin to caramelize.
- Garnish with fresh parsley
- Serve with rice or couscous and enjoy!
